Executing a major commercial refurbishment within a live hotel requires exceptional organization and a highly strategic approach to site safety. To completely avoid a total closure of the business, we carefully divided the construction schedule into distinct, manageable phases. This methodical zoning allowed the hotel front of house teams to continue offering a full service to arriving guests while our construction operatives worked safely behind secure, dustproof hoardings.
Our dedicated project manager maintained daily communication with the hotel general manager to ensure that noisy works were restricted to specific hours. We expertly coordinated all sub-contractors, material deliveries, and waste removal to preserve the quiet enjoyment of the guestrooms above, completing the fast track programme strictly on schedule.

Furthermore, site safety was closely monitored throughout every phase of the live build. We worked alongside our retained safety consultants to ensure the working areas complied fully with all current UK building regulations and strict commercial health and safety legislation.
