Following our highly successful delivery of the Open Lobby refurbishment at the Brighton Holiday Inn, JSP Building Services was appointed to bring an exciting new hospitality concept to life. Involved from the initial design and development phases right through to the final handover, our expert team delivered Stock Burger, a premium gourmet burger and craft beer restaurant. Located on the vibrant Brighton seafront, this project required high-specification bespoke joinery, complex metal fabrication, and meticulous attention to detail to create a unique, urban-industrial dining experience.
Comprehensive Design to Handover Service

Bespoke Bar Fabrication and Finishes
Working with our trusted specialist joinery and metal fabrication partners, we constructed a striking central bar featuring a custom rolled zinc top, curved tiled cladding, and integrated central drinks storage.
Custom Banquette Seating Installation
To maximise the restaurant seating capacity and guest comfort, we collaborated with local specialist suppliers to manufacture and install high-quality, bespoke banquette seating throughout the dining area.
Feature Lighting and Signage
We installed custom-engineered ambient lighting systems and a large statement neon sign, adding a vibrant focal point that enhances the contemporary, industrial aesthetic of the space.
