JSP Building Services is proud to have delivered the complete transformation of the dilapidated St Johns Stables into a state-of-the-art, two-storey Eco Hub for Southend-on-Sea YMCA. Working in close collaboration with Artillery Architects and Design, our expert team resurrected a derelict building into a vibrant, environmentally friendly facility dedicated to fostering young entrepreneurs. Completed within a challenging twelve-week programme, this highly successful project achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating and was honoured with the prestigious Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Annual Design Award.
